Referrals

Please include patient name, date of birth, and ACC number.

If you wish for your patient to see Dr Margie Olds, please specify this on the referral. Referrals which are not specifically named to request specialist physiotherapy, will be triaged amongst the rest of the team. The wait-time to see Dr Margie Olds is typically 3-4 months. Where possible, patients will be offered one-off reviews with a member of the shoulder team, in order to expedite patient care. The surcharge for these one-off reviews by team members for ACC patients is $60.

Referrals are not required for patients to see other shoulder physios at Auckland Shoulder Clinic.
