  • Start with hands under shoulders and back of neck extended
  • Feet on the ball, and straight line to hips
  • Keep space between shoulders and ears
  • Fold at the hips, bring feet towards shoulders, with straight legs and straight back
  • Repeat 3 x 10 ( or as directed)
