- Start with hands under shoulders and back of neck extended
- Feet on the ball, and straight line to hips
- Keep space between shoulders and ears
- Fold at the hips, bring feet towards shoulders, with straight legs and straight back
- Repeat 3 x 10 ( or as directed)
