  • Lying on your side.
  • Support your weight with your elbow under your body
  • Balance on your feet with your top leg in front of the bottom leg.
  • Stretch your other arm up to the ceiling.
  • Reach to the ceiling
  • Hold 30 secs x 3 (or as advised)
