- Lying on your side.
- Support your weight with your elbow under your body
- Balance on your feet with your top leg in front of the bottom leg.
- Stretch your other arm up to the ceiling.
- Reach to the ceiling
- Hold 30 secs x 3 (or as advised)
Begin holding bodyblade by side move hand back and forth to get bodyblade to start oscillating. Raise arm while keeping the bodyblade oscillating
