Isometric External Rotation

  • Keep arm by side and elbow bent at 90 degrees
  • Place hand on outside of affected wrist
  • Push affected hand out into other hand, without moving hand or elbow (no pain)
  • Hold 10 x 10 seconds
  • Increase length of hold time as directed by your physiotherapist
