- Stand sideways to the wall with feet slightly apart & back of hand on the wall
- Slide arm up the wall, and shift weight to ‘wall-side’ leg
- Hold at the top for a few seconds (2-5 sec or as directed)
- Shift weight and slide arm back down
- Repeat 3×10 or as directed
