The following exercises are an example of those which may be given to you during your treatment at the Auckland Shoulder Clinic. If you are a patient of the clinic, you may use these pages to remind you how to do the exercises. If you are not a patient of the Auckland Shoulder Clinic, these exercises should be used with caution and are not intended to replace individual physiotherapy supervision.
