Serratus Anterior Supine

  • On Lie on your back with your arms pointing up to the ceiling
  • Hold your unaffected arm still and guide your affected arm
  • Stretch you affected arm to the ceiling, keeping your elbow straight
  • Keeping your elbow straight, smoothly lower you arm by puling your shoulder blade towards your spine
  • Repeat 3×30 (or as directed)
